Our Rose was produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown 840m above sea level, and picked at a very early harvest. The grapes came in optimal conditions of color and taste. The clusters were absorbed whole and immediately pressed. The wine fermented at a low temperature. The Rose is dry and floral, light and fresh.
