The Jozef Merlot is composed of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Petit Verdot grapes from our vineyards on Mount Gerizim. Aged for 10 months with French oak, this wine is characterized by a deep Bordeaux color, offering pleasant tastes of blackberry and cherries with oak aromas and a delicately sweet finish.
