This wine consists of prime clusters of hand-harvested Gewurztraminer grapes, which attained an extraordinary state of ripeness in the terraced limestone plots 850 meters above seas level on Mount Gerizim. The wine contains aromas of jasmine and citrus, its flavor reminiscent of litchi and red grapefruit. The wine is best served chilled.
